The “Clipse” is a rap super group made up of brothers Pusha T and Malice, who both hail from Virginia. They were introduced to the world by time friend/producer Pharrell Williams of the Neptunes with the smash hit “Grinding”, “Ma I Don’t Love Her” and “When The Last Time”. After the groups platinum success from their debut album, they ran into creative differences with their label Jive Records, which prompted a 4 year wait until the follow-up album was released. The first single from their follow-up album “Mr Me Too” had the radio buzzing, but it was apparent that the project didn’t receive much promotional push from for their label so they agreed to part ways. The group has signed a new distribution deal with Columbia records to form Re-Up Gang records to release a compilation album as well as a third coming Clipse album.
