Many of you may not know of Cheri Dennis but homegirl has been doing the damn thing over at Bad Boy records since 2001. After suffering multiple setbacks the sultry singer is back to show us what she’s about with her debut album “In And Out Of Love”. And while all that is groovy there’s a new interview she did with Edge magazine where she talks about her notorious gay rumors, Diddy, and how she’s persevered after all this time. But, it’s what she said about Diddy that almost knocked me off my kiester. Check it out:

EDGE: I like to call Diddy the drag queen of hip-hop because he’s so dramatic and over the top. Is he as flamboyant in person?

Cheri: Honey, do you have two eyes?

EDGE: [Laughs] He’s that flamboyant in person?

Cheri: Yes, very much so.

EDGE: Have you ever seen Diddy have a diva moment?

Cheri: Oh my God, Puffy has diva moments all the time. He is a “divo”. He is everything, he is all of that — you know what I mean? He’s always having a diva moment. He likes things the way he wants them, he’s a perfectionist. I don’t think there are any outrageous diva moments. I think he’s a diva in a true sense of the word. He likes what he likes when he likes it and that’s just him. I think he’s always a diva, I don’t know if he has moments.
