The Summer of 2008 will most likely be remembered as the summer of superheroes since we’ve already seen the likes of IronMan, The Incredible Hulk, Hellboy, Hancock and to some extent Indiana Jones, Kung Fu Panda and Wall.E, with more yet to come. None of these however have generated such hype and excitement as The Dark Knight, Batman’s lates foray on the big screen that is already receiving rave reviews from critics and moviegoers alike.
Here’s a quick review from one of our own lucky team members who has already seen the movie:
“Easily the best “Batman” film to hit the silver screen. Unlike its predecessors, this film shows the good and evil within as well as the conflict of man vs. self. At times, Batman would often wonder if he could even continue fighting his nemesis, the Joker, because in order to defeat the sadistic Joker requires Bruce Wayne to extend beyond his personal values. The Joker’s character is the pure definition of evil. He “gets off” on “offing” people, and no one can portray that as well as Heath Ledger: a stunning performance. This movie has set the bar for future Batman flicks as well as any other comic book and/or superhero movie to come.”
What is it about this film that has people dressing up as their favorite bat-character and waiting in line for a 3 a.m. showing? You’d think it was the premiere of a new Star Wars!
The success of this second film will undoubtedly call into mind a third film and outside of characters that have already been portrayed, who else would you like to see in the future? My vote’s on Harley Quinn.

In the meantime, why don’t you take a walk down Batman memory lane and download some old skool ringtones from:
