I guess J. Holiday’s fans still want more music from the R&B new comer because it looks like he’s got another project in the works. I’m hearing that the R&B star is celebrating the success of his debut album Back of My ‘Lac by dropping a deluxe re-release that hit retail stores across the country yesterday [Feb 5^th]. The new version of the album will offer up three new songs as well as behind-the-scenes material and all three J.Holiday videos. . His new song “Sooner You Get To Love” was just released last week and is slowly creating a buzz on blogs across the internet. Listen To Track Here

Though I’m not a huge fan of the singer I’ve got to respect his gangsta. The diverse vocalist received some serious attention when his smash single “Bed” dominated the Billboard charts. “Bed”, which was produced by The-Dream, along with follow up singles like “Suffocate” helped Holiday climb the charts to claim the number one spot on Billboards R&B/Hip-Hop, as well and come in at number five on Billboards Top 200 lists.

Since its initial October release date, Back of My ‘Lac has sold over 500,000 copies, winning Holiday a RIAA gold certification.
