With the new year comes the first Billboard Hot 100 for 2009 and though the year may have changed, many of the artists at the top have not.  Take for example that there are only seven artists comprising the Top 10 and five of them have been there for quite some time with the only new entries, as compared to early December’s list, being Taylor Swift and Britney Spears.  Here’s how the Top 10 stacks up for the beginning of the new year:
